Aging is a life process. Some say aging is a psychiatric event when a person thinks of past more time as generally we talk and discuss future. The purpose of AgingPlan is to share aging and health information for immediate actions in order to remove cumulative disadvantages in aging process. To maximize individual's quality of life, it is necessary to understand vast diversity in aging because everyday life choices are more important than even genetics in explaining what happens later in life (Rowe & Kahn, 1998). Based on interdisciplinary aspects of gerontology, AgingPlan suggests reasonable answers for enduring questions in four general domains: differentiation and variety, continuity, modifiability, and context (Maddox, 2006). All information on AgingPlan is possible for academic and private use only.
